Groups that use James 2 substitute their own list of required works (sacraments, tongues, church membership) for James's actual examples (tongue, helping poor)

Mike notes that Catholics, Mormons, and JWs all claim James 2 teaches faith plus works, but none of them apply James's actual examples of works (controlling tongue, helping orphans and widows, staying unspotted from the world). Instead each group substitutes their own list of required works (sacraments, speaking in tongues, coming under the Pope, Eucharist, etc.). This is inconsistent with the text.
