Kim claims Christmas is simultaneously six different pagan festivals — the internet is thick with misinformation about Christmas origins

The False Teachings and Lies of Joo-Cheol Kim (Pastor of the Church of God) 00:31:02 – 00:33:08

Chapter on Christmas in Kim's book. Kim says celebrating Christmas means unknowingly worshipping pagan deities and ultimately Satan.

Kim's six claims: December 25 is (1) the festival of the Sun God Baal, (2) birthday of the sun god Nimrod, (3) the Roman festival of Saturnalia, (4) the winter solstice, (5) the festival of Mithra, (6) the birthday of the Roman Sun God (Sol Invictus). Mike calls out the contradiction in claiming all six simultaneously. Mike notes Kim supports these claims by quoting Korean newspapers rather than historians or scholars.
