(5) Mithra — the claim that Mithra was born on December 25 is not supported by ancient sources. (6) Sol Invictus — the earliest record of Sol Invictus being celebrated on December 25 is in the same document that already references Christians celebrating on that day; Christian celebration may predate or have influenced Sol Invictus, not the other way around.
