Broad methodological critique of evidential and classical apologetics
Sye claims all evidential arguments result in probability claims ('more likely God exists') rather than certainty. Scripture never presents God as merely probable. He distinguishes: the presup argument does not give certainty — it starts with certainty, because certainty of God is necessary for any argument at all.
