Scholarly consensus favors inclusive reading (Junia as apostle)

The consensus view (over 90% of scholars) is that Romans 16:7 should be read as Andronicus and Junia being well-known apostles, not merely well known to the apostles. The NIV translates it as 'outstanding among the apostles.'
