Sarah had an angelic visitation announcing her pregnancy. Mike points out: if a skeptic says they would believe if God appeared to them personally, that would be 'faith with evidence,' not without — meaning even these skeptics implicitly acknowledge that direct divine revelation constitutes evidence.
