Emily Espinal asks the biblical view on women teaching men in a pastoral role.

The biblical view is not about capability — many women are skilled teachers. It is about calling and God's ordained structure. The pastoral/teaching elder role specifically is not for women. Women can teach and share in other capacities. All Christians — men and women — are called to various forms of submission (to government, to church leadership), so this is not uniquely oppressive.
