John 4:21-24 — Jesus tells the Samaritan woman that worship will shift from Jerusalem to "spirit and truth"

The Mosaic Law mandated worship at the Jerusalem temple (Deuteronomy). The Samaritan woman raises this in John 4. Jesus responds that the hour is coming when worship will be neither on Mount Gerizim nor in Jerusalem, but in spirit and truth. This is an explicit statement from Jesus that the localized, temple-centered worship of the old covenant is being transcended. Jesus affirms the truthfulness of Judaism while announcing a fulfillment that changes the form.
