Mike says this argument challenged him the most. If the Holy Spirit gives women gifts of teaching and leadership, restricting those gifts contradicts God's purposes.

There is no good reason to think God limits the giving of leadership and teaching gifts to men only. If women are gifted, they should have opportunity to lead and teach. Mike says the last three arguments offer corrections toward complementarians.
