'All without distinction' logically entails 'all without exception' — the Calvinist formula collapses

Limited Atonement, Universalism and why I disagree with both. 00:32:57 – 00:33:27

Winger critiques the Calvinist 'all without distinction' formula as self-defeating.

If one says 'all' means 'all without distinction' (no distinctions between people), then picking out some from France, some from Somalia, etc. is itself making distinctions. If there truly are no distinctions, then every individual is included. 'All without distinction' should therefore equal 'all without exception.' The argument undermines itself.
