Ezekiel 33:11 — God takes no pleasure in the death of the wicked; desires all to turn and live

Responding to Calvinist Arguments for Limited Atonement 00:25:00 – 00:25:52

Old Testament support for God's universal salvific desire.

"I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but that the wicked turn from his way and live" (Ezek 33:11). Many of those addressed did not turn back, meaning they were presumably non-elect. Yet God sincerely appeals to their choice. This reveals complexity in God's desires inconsistent with a single, exclusive elective intention.
