2 Peter 3:9 — God is not willing that any should perish but that all should reach repentance

"The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise... not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance" (2 Pet 3:9). Calvinist re-read: "any" and "all" refers only to the elect. Mike's response: this adds to the text what is not there. It reads like Ezekiel 33:11 — a sincere appeal for all to turn.
