Calvinist interpretation of 1 Tim 2:1-6 refuted: "all kinds of people" reading fails

Responding to Calvinist Arguments for Limited Atonement 00:27:24 – 00:29:26

Mike engages and then rejects the standard Calvinist re-reading of 1 Timothy 2.

Calvinist claim: "all people" means all kinds of people (Jews, Gentiles, kings, etc.), not every individual. Mike's response: if "all people" in v.1 includes every individual in the category of kings (not just some kings), then the same logic means the passage means every individual person. The Calvinist reading arbitrarily restricts "all" without contextual justification.
