Objection 2 answered: Jesus did not fail — his goal was to die for all so that whoever believes is saved

Responding to Calvinist Arguments for Limited Atonement 00:45:49 – 00:47:53

Mike rebuts the "failure of the Son" argument.

The "failure" objection misrepresents the non-Calvinist position. Mike is not saying Jesus tried and failed to save everyone. Jesus's goal was to pay for all so that whoever believes will receive the benefits of his sacrifice. Referencing John 3:16: God gave his Son so that whoever believes will not perish. Jesus succeeded completely at this goal.
