Mike connects wrath to the doctrine of divine holiness.
A third consequence is that removing wrath from God diminishes His holiness. To deny God's wrath may be tantamount to denying His holiness — saying, in effect, that one does not trust the goodness and purity of His character. His righteous judgment is an expression of His holy nature.
