1 Corinthians 1:16 and 16:15 — Stephanas's household: all converts who devoted themselves to service, not infants

1 Corinthians 1:16 — Paul mentions baptizing the household of Stephanas. 1 Corinthians 16:15 — the household of Stephanas were the first converts in Achaia and devoted themselves to the service of the saints. If infants are included, they were all converts and were actively devoting themselves to service — which is a further stretch than anything in the other passages. Either infants are simply not included in the household concept or they are ignored. The passage is a passing comment and should not bear the weight of establishing a church practice.
