1 Corinthians 12:8-11 lists: utterance of wisdom, utterance of knowledge, faith, gifts of healing, miracles, prophecy, distinguishing between spirits, tongues, and interpretation of tongues. Teaching and leading are not on this list, but several speaking gifts are. Since women prophesied publicly, it would be arbitrary to say they could not exercise word of wisdom, word of knowledge, or interpretation of tongues.
