1 Peter 4:10-11: 'As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another... whoever speaks, as one who speaks oracles of God.' This broad 'whoever speaks' would include prophecy, teaching, word of wisdom, word of knowledge, interpretation of tongues. The gifts are meant to be used.
