It would contradict clear passages to say women can never lead or teach, but the question is: in what realms?

Mike has seen women who are clearly gifted at teaching and leadership. The question is not whether they have these gifts but what realms those gifts should be exercised in — just as Mike's own ministry operated in certain realms for most of his life. Not everyone who teaches should be an elder.
