Plan according to your God-given gifts, not just desires or vague calling

Two problematic questions for future planning: (1) 'What do I enjoy most?' — you might be terrible at it; (2) 'What am I called to do?' — presumes more knowledge of God's specific plan than you probably have, and can leave you in limbo. Better approach: look at your skills and gifts — what are you good at? Pursue those. This is consistent with the biblical principle that God gives different gifts and we are to operate in them. Natural talents count as part of how God has wired you.
