Generational curses: pastoral concern and theological rejection

Mike expresses strong pastoral and theological skepticism toward popular generational-curse teaching. The one legitimate generational curse is the Adamic curse (sin and death) and every Christian is delivered from it through Christ. To claim that a Christian still carries some other curse despite Christ's atonement is inconsistent with Scripture. He does not rule out the existence of spiritual warfare or demonic bondage from past involvement in sin (citing Jesus' parable of the swept house, Luke 11:24-26), but distinguishes that from the systematic "generational curse" framework, which he finds largely fabricated, anxiety-producing, and reliant on unbiblical deliverance practices. The solution for any spiritual bondage is the Holy Spirit, not special rituals.
