Sonship benefit #2: Full participation of being in Christ — equal standing regardless of background

Second benefit: full participation in being in Christ. 'In Christ Jesus you are all sons of God through faith.' All believers are fully and equally in Christ — a woman's relationship with Christ is as high as anyone's. There is no half-Christian. One does not need to proselytize to Judaism to be fully in Christ. The promises to Abraham regarding salvation are not limited to bodily descendants but extend to all who share Abraham's faith. One does not need to become male to be fully in Christ — female access to Jesus does not require a husband or male mediator.
