The chain: foreknew → predestined to be conformed to image of Son → called → justified → glorified. Calvinists read "foreknew" as "fore-chosen" (not knowledge of free will choices). Mike disagrees: foreknowledge includes knowledge of free will choices among other things. Calvinists argue the called = only the predestined (exclusive call); Mike says the call goes out to all but those who said yes have a special place.
