Hypothetical: if Scripture required Jewish elders, would you accept it?

The Egalitarian "Silver Bullet" Bible Verse: Women in Ministry part 7 01:39:21 – 01:40:22

Mike uses a thought experiment to test whether people are truly following Scripture or presuppositions.

If 1 Timothy 2 said an elder must be a Jew, Mike says he would respond: 'Okay, I can't be an elder.' If that's not on the table for you, then what 1 Timothy 2 says doesn't matter to you — you've already decided the answer before reading Scripture. He would conclude that while Gentiles have full sonship status, God has his reasons for wanting Jews as elders, and we should honor that. The mistake is applying Galatians 3:28 to eldership in the first place. The clear explains the unclear: specific elder requirements take precedence over a general statement about oneness.
