Rhetorical challenge: if 'no Jew or Gentile' means Gentiles can be elders, why can't women?

The Egalitarian "Silver Bullet" Bible Verse: Women in Ministry part 7 01:37:50 – 01:39:21

Mike presents the strongest version of the egalitarian argument and attempts to answer it.

Mike identifies the most rhetorically powerful egalitarian argument: 'If someone said Gentiles can't be in leadership, you'd rightly respond there's no Jew or Gentile in Christ. Why doesn't the same apply to women?' Mike admits this 'gets him in the gut.' He responds with a hypothetical: if 1 Timothy 2 and Titus additionally required elders to be Jewish, how would you respond?
