Lexical claims introduced: Lynn Cohick says lexicons in the 19th-20th centuries suggested 'source' but not 'leader'
Mike introduces the final and largest section — the lexical/Greek argument.
Lynn Cohick claims: 'It is difficult to make the case that [kephale] refers to leader in Greek, for we have almost no evidence of this,' and that 'lexicons in the 19th and 20th centuries suggested source as a possible metaphorical meaning but not leader.' Mike sets up his own survey of 15 lexicons to test this claim.
