Submission does NOT mean: (1) micromanagement by the husband, (2) the wife cannot make decisions, (3) the wife has no authority over the home or children, (4) the wife has no independent control over business/job/personal pursuits, (5) the wife cannot make reasonable demands on her husband. Mike claims egalitarians often attribute these extreme definitions to complementarians.
