Keener and egalitarians find husband's submission in two places

Two sources for husband submitting: (1) Christ's love for the church supposedly equals submission, (2) Ephesians 5:21 ('submitting to one another') means husbands submit to wives too. Mike notes that throughout history most Christians interpreted the passage as complementarian, not as egalitarians now claim Paul intended.
