Refuting the Jezebel argument
1 Kings 21:8 says Jezebel 'wrote letters in Ahab's name and sealed them with his seal.' If she truly ruled with more authority, this would be unnecessary — Ahab would be using her name and seal. She needed his name because she didn't have independent royal authority. Jezebel was a cult leader with hundreds of false prophets who led Israel astray — not an example of anything positive for the debate.
