Thanks for expressing your views in a very respectful way! As far as anger, I believe that the Bible says that we are allowed to be angry, since it says be angry, but the next part is hard for us as it adds “but sin not”. Uncontrolled anger that is not resolved with God’s help can easily become bitterness. And bitterness contaminates both ourselves and others.
