The next thing that @BtheCalvinist challenged me with is “so you really believe Jesus violated scripture by giving an unbeliever the first communion? Does your church allow this?” My answer: Jesus did not violate Scripture. Jesus set up the first communion stating that it was the blood of the covenant shed for “you”. No one can tell Jesus what the law is for the first celebration of His shed blood. To say that if Jesus commanded Judas to eat and drink the elements, Jesus was violating Scripture, that is judging Jesus by your understanding. Jesus is not limited in how He sets ups His death, other than what He does is always the will of the Father.
