The interesting thing is that the New Testament has no example of a woman teaching women the bible.  Hierarchists readily admit that women are to teach women the bible, but where do they get that from?  It is from our understanding that we are spiritually equal and when we are told to teach the scriptures this means it is applicable for everyone regardless of race, gender or social standing.
