Interesting that you mention Dennis Rainey’s book. I did a post on one of the chapter’s that was written by Bob Lepine. It is here http://strivetoenter.com/wim/2008/01/22/the-husband-as-king-over-the-wife/ I found that chapter to be especially troubling and there was a lot of debate over it as there were 140 comments that were generated on that post!
