Romans 11:3-4
Complementarians argue God only used women leaders (like Deborah) when "no men were available." Romans 11:3-4 destroys this: when Elijah believed he was the only faithful servant left, God replied: "I have kept for Myself seven thousand men who have not bowed the knee to Baal." God always has faithful men available. When he chose Deborah as judge, it was not for lack of men — it was because God chose her. The "no men available" argument assumes God's second choice is always a woman, but Scripture never states this. God chose whom he chose — and he chose Deborah.
