The refutation view has Paul rejecting submission -- something he teaches everywhere else

If Paul is refuting verses 34-35, he is flatly rejecting the idea that women should submit to husbands -- a concept he clearly teaches in Ephesians, 1 Peter 3, and other places. He even ties it to Genesis 1-2, making it not merely a post-fall accommodation. This would be a strange and self-contradictory position for Paul.
