01:11:49 – 01:13:20
Mike begins listing specific biblical domains of women's authority.
Ephesians 6:1-2: 'Children, obey your PARENTS... honor your father AND mother.' Obedience implies authority. A woman has authority to make decisions over her children's lives. Within marriage, both parents have authority, with the husband having roughly a '51% share' but exercised with self-sacrificial love. Husbands who make every decision and treat their wife as an 'authority-less servant' hold a sub-Christian view of marriage.
