Pillar 1: Male headship and female submission in marriage. Pillar 2: Elder positions and functions are for men only. Pillar 3: Women's status as image bearers and sons of God is inviolable. If any pillar is missing, you have a sub-biblical view causing problems in marriage, church leadership, or treatment of women. The fundamental pillars should not be debated, but application can be debated.
