Proverbs 31 woman as entrepreneur and boss with male employees

Proverbs 31 commends a woman who is an entrepreneur, commands servants, and runs a business — including implied male employees. This is presented as an idealized woman. Ephesians 6:1 ('bondservants obey your earthly masters') would apply to employer-employee relationships, and some of those masters/employers were female. If men are supposed to have authority in all spheres, how is it possible they're encouraged to submit to female bosses? Because marriage and eldership are so much more important than jobs and government.
