Women in seminary classes — depends on the seminary's purpose
Everything Women Can and Can't Do According to the Bible: Women in Ministry part 13
03:06:16 – 03:07:47
Mike addresses whether women should attend seminary.
If a seminary cohort is specifically designed to train pastors (like Calvary Costa Mesa's School of Ministry, a small group of 20 men training for pastoral ministry), restricting to men is not limiting theological education. But if a broader seminary has only 12% of students pursuing pastoral ministry, restricting women makes no sense. Compromise: certain specific pastor-training classes could be men-only while the broader seminary welcomes women.
