Women running podcasts/YouTube channels on theology — permissible with care

Directed toward women: no-brainer, no one could argue against it. Directed toward men and women: advice is 'don't slip into the elder role.' The alternative — saying women can't write books, do podcasts, YouTube channels, Instagram pages — is too restrictive. These are public forums, and restricting Christian discussion in public forums because of a restriction on the elder function in a church seems artificial. Influence shouldn't be the concern — only elder-like influence. Don't make the podcast your identity or turn it into a kingdom competing with the local church.
