Women leading children's/women's ministries with men under them: probably okay but requires wisdom
Everything Women Can and Can't Do According to the Bible: Women in Ministry part 13
03:51:19 – 03:53:21
Mike addresses women overseeing ministries that include male workers.
A woman overseeing children's ministry with male teachers under her is not functioning as an elder over those men — she's not in a 1 Timothy 2:12 violation. But the reputation gained from running a ministry can organically lead to her being treated as a pastor. That's a concern requiring wisdom. If you do allow it, maintain clear awareness of who the actual pastors are so people aren't confused.
