Belleville's logic: Philippians 1:1 lists saints, overseers, deacons -- Euodia/Syntyche must be in one category

Women Leaders in the New Testament: Women in Ministry part 4 00:27:31 – 00:29:34

Mike reconstructs Belleville's reasoning from Two Views (p. 60).

Belleville quotes Philippians 1:1 ('to all God's holy people... together with the overseers and deacons') and argues that since Paul places Euodia and Syntyche 'squarely in the ranks of one of these two positions,' they must be either overseers or deacons. Mike critiques this logic: why can't they be evangelists, hosts, influential women, or simply saints? Why must 'fellow workers' equal overseer or deacon?
