Hebrews 9:9-10 describes Mosaic regulations as a placeholder "until the time of reformation"

The Law of Moses, the Gentiles and Jesus: Hebrew Roots part 2 00:22:26 – 00:24:27

Further development of the Law's built-in temporality

Hebrews 9:9-10 discusses the arrangements of the old covenant—food, drink, various washings, and bodily regulations (i.e., kosher and Levitical laws)—as symbolic for the present age, imposed only until the time of reformation. The language of "until" implies these were always intended as temporary placeholders for the coming New Covenant. Winger notes this passage is rarely engaged with by Hebrew Roots advocates.
