The Passion Translation — concerns and how to warn others about it

Mike says he cannot yet name the most egregious verses because he keeps finding more concerns (including a verse in Acts). He advises starting by helping someone understand they are reading a translation, not the original — and that fidelity to the original is the most important quality. He suggests looking up the person's favorite verses in the Passion to let them see for themselves if the meaning is altered. He recommends against coming out with 'guns blazing.'
