Rebuilt temple does not need to be ritually valid — prophecy requires existence, not divine approval

20 Questions with Pastor Mike (Episode 23) 00:36:33 – 00:37:34

Clarification of what prophetic fulfillment requires regarding the third temple.

The prophetic statements about a future temple do not require that temple to be divinely sanctioned or ritually valid. The temple just needs to exist. This flexibility opens up multiple scenarios for how the Ark situation resolves, including having no Ark at all. The rebuilt temple may be part of a sequence of events preceding judgment rather than representing a return to God's favor.
