Kalam as a bridge to Christianity; deism rebutted; Mormonism incompatible
Wrapping up the Kalam answer, addressing deism and Mormonism.
Kalam should open skeptics so that when presented with resurrection evidence, they have no philosophical objection to God's existence or intervention. Apologetics breaks intellectual barriers so people can face the relational decision of faith. Deism (that God created and is hands-off) is a non-evidenced assumption that doesn't logically follow from creation. Mormonism is incompatible with Kalam because traditional Mormon theology holds matter is eternal, inconsistent with creation ex nihilo that current science supports.
