Marriage as sacrament is a later doctrinal development, not apostolic

Mike asserts that marriage as a sacrament is not found in Scripture or early church history until much later, contradicting Vatican I's claim that all the sacraments were taught by Jesus and the apostles and unanimously known by the church fathers. He says anyone who actually reads the church fathers would see this is not the case.
