Genesis 1 vs. Genesis 2-3: relationship to creation vs. relationship to each other

Genesis 1: men and women have equal dominion over creation and are both in God's image. Genesis 2-3: gives the relationship between man and woman (different roles). Adam formed first, Eve made for Adam, Adam names Eve, Adam receives commands to relay to Eve, Adam approached first after the fall despite Eve sinning first, Adam's curse applies to all mankind while Eve's applies to women specifically. The fall doesn't create role distinctions; it makes existing ones more difficult.
